Admins set roles on the Members page. A change applies at the person's next sign-in.
Is there a sales role?
Yes — the member. Members register the companies they are working, keep those opportunities up to date, and use the materials and demo to sell.
What can be downloaded?
Everything on Materials and Tutorials, by both roles: logos, a co-branded deck and social posts, guides, and the partner agreements. Neither role can export the customer list or pipeline.
Can members see each other's opportunities?
No. Members see only their own. Admins see every opportunity.
How do I give a member access to a customer?
As an admin, open the customer's instance and grant the member access. They can then see it, but not change it.
What happens if our partner account is suspended?
Everything becomes read-only. Customers, materials, tutorials and the demo stay visible, and your customers' instances keep running. Admins can still open a ticket to ask for reinstatement.
